The building is furnished, every room has its own bathroom, the rate is all-inclusive, and move-in is arranged with our team before your flight lands.

Why Midtown
Walk to work.
Morgan Stanley, Paramount, News Corp, Thomson Reuters, Nasdaq, Barclays, Bank of America Tower and 30 Rockefeller Plaza are all within walking distance of the front door. For a summer analyst or a newsroom intern, that is the difference between a commute and a walk, and between a 6 am alarm and a 7 am one. Everything else is one subway ride: six stations sit within a six-minute walk.
Why the Theater District
Live where the work is.
For performing-arts students and working performers, West 46th Street is the neighborhood: Broadway houses on the same street, the TKTS booth one block west, Circle in the Square up Broadway, Juilliard and Fordham Lincoln Center two stops up the 1 train. Rehearsals, classes and the show itself are on foot. The building is open to everyone, so interns, performers, graduate students and relocating professionals share the same lounge.

Fully furnished
Fly in with a suitcase. Bed, linens, desk, wardrobe and TV are already in place.
Private bathroom
Every room has its own bathroom with a shower. No shared baths in the building.
Short terms
Four weeks to twelve months. Ten-to-twelve-week summer stays are the baseline.
No guarantor
No US credit required. An offer letter or proof of program is typically enough.
All-in pricing
From $2,980 per four weeks (about $745 a week), billed every four weeks. Utilities and WiFi included, no broker fee.
On-site team
A maintenance and cleaning team in the building, keyed entry and package storage.

June to August. The largest cohort of the year: banks, media, law, consulting and summer theater intensives. Ten-to-twelve-week default.
