A Private Bathroom in Every Room
All 79 rooms have their own bathroom with a shower. No shared baths anywhere in the building, whether you take a Cozy Queen or a Grand King.
Amenities
The 46 is built around one idea: the building should do the hard parts of living in Midtown so you can spend your energy on the job, the rehearsal, or the degree. Utilities, WiFi, furniture, a private bathroom, a staffed front desk: handled. Lounge, study room, fitness room: open.
79
rooms, 79 private bathrooms

All 79 rooms have their own bathroom with a shower. No shared baths anywhere in the building, whether you take a Cozy Queen or a Grand King.

The desk is staffed around the clock. Keyed entry, sign-in for guests, a person to call at 3 am, and someone to hand your keys to when you come back from a late curtain.

Bed and linens, desk and chair, wardrobe, flat-screen TV, blackout curtains and individual climate control. Land with a suitcase and start work on Monday.

The building living room on the lower level: soft seating, long tables and coffee. Where neighbors compare offer letters and audition notes.

A quieter room for laptops, scripts and video calls, separate from the lounge. Desk lamps, outlets at every seat, doors that close.

Cardio and weights on site, so a run before a 9 am start does not require a gym membership or a trip across town.

Nine stories, one elevator, no walk-ups. Move-in day is a suitcase and a ride, not a staircase.

Included in the rate and available on every floor, in the lounge and in the study room.

Deliveries are received at the front desk and held for you. Luggage can be stored on arrival day and departure day.
