Furnished Housing for Performers in the Theater District
West 46th Street is the Theater District. Two Broadway houses stand on this street, the TKTS booth is a block away, and the rooms here are private, furnished and booked for as long as the contract, the class or the audition season runs.
From
$2,980
per 4 weeks
about $745 / week, all-inclusive

A performer's schedule is not an office schedule. Calls run late, classes start early, and a contract can be six weeks or six months. The 46 is built for that: stays from four weeks to twelve months, one all-inclusive rate billed every four weeks, and no twelve-month lease to break when the run ends.
The Lunt-Fontanne Theatre and the Richard Rodgers Theatre are on West 46th Street, west of Seventh Avenue. Restaurant Row is two blocks west. Circle in the Square Theatre School is a walk up Broadway, and Juilliard is about a 20-minute walk or two stops on the 1 train. Rehearsal, class and the show itself can all be on foot.
Your room is your own, with a private bathroom, so an 11:45 pm return disturbs nobody and nobody is waiting on you in the morning. There is a desk for self-tapes and scripts, and a work and study room downstairs when you need a different wall behind you.
