The Site provides information about our coliving residence at 129 West 46th Street and intake forms for reservations, applications and tours. You agree to provide accurate information when submitting any form, and not to use the Site for unlawful purposes or in a way that could disable, overburden or impair its operation.

Reservations and agreements

Submitting a reservation or application form does not constitute a binding lease or license to occupy. Occupancy is granted only after a written agreement is signed and any required deposit and rent are paid. Specific occupancy terms are governed by your signed agreement.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos and floor plans, is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute Site content without prior written permission.

Limitation of liability

The Site is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
