Spring Intern Housing in Midtown Manhattan
Spring residents join us for a semester that runs from the first week of January through mid-May. It is the second-largest cohort after summer, and the one with the most performers.
Spring is an under-appreciated New York season. The crowds thin in January, the theaters are in full swing, and by April the city is outside again. For interns and students who prefer to avoid summer heat and summer demand, spring is frequently the smarter call. For performing-arts students it is showcase season, and the building is a short walk from the rehearsal studios and the houses.
Most spring residents are on semester-long academic programs, spring-cycle internships, or research and clinical assignments. We align agreements to the academic calendar and accommodate early-May move-outs for students heading to summer roles elsewhere, and extensions for those staying on.
