Fall Intern Housing in Midtown Manhattan
A semester-length program for fall interns, co-op students, exchange residents and performers arriving for the fall Broadway season. Quieter than summer, a little more settled, and priced for longer stays.
Fall is when Midtown gets its rhythm back. Offices fill up after Labor Day, the fall Broadway season opens, the rink at Rockefeller Center goes in and the winter village takes over Bryant Park. Fall residents tend to be on structured programs: co-op semesters, fall-cycle banking and consulting programs, graduate cohorts at the CUNY Graduate Center and Fordham Lincoln Center, and performing-arts students at Circle in the Square and AMDA.
We offer semester-aligned stays from early September through mid-December, with the option to extend into a full academic year. The Classic Queen and Deluxe Queen are the usual choices for a semester; the Premier King on the upper floors suits residents who plan to stay through spring and work from the room.
